If you want to exchange what you bought for something else, please return what you have by going to our Returns page to see our return policy and how to send us the shoes or merchandise you want to return. Then just make a new order for whatever you want.

Or, if you are near one of our retail stores, stop in and we will exchange what you have for what you want.

As our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, you have 60 days after the date of your purchase to return shoes or merchandise to us IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION with the original shoe box and packaging.
