Rogan's Shoes Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 60 days after the date of your purchase for a refund. All returns must be in new and unworn condition and sent in the original box and packaging. Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the original price you paid for the shoes or merchandise you purchased less the cost of any prepaid return shipping label that we send to you. Sorry, the cost of shipping any items to you is not refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. Refused packages will be charged $7.99 for the return shipping cost incurred by Rogan's Shoes. This $7.99 is only a portion of what Rogan's Shoes is charged for the returned package.

Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip when you return the shoes or merchandise. Under no circumstances will you receive a refund for returning worn shoes or merchandise.

A return form is enclosed with your order. Please use that form to enable us to process your return faster after it is received by us. If you did not receive a return form with your order, you can download Rogan's Shoes Return Form here.

To have a prepaid return shipping label emailed to you, please call our toll free number, 1-800-976-4267. Prepaid FedEx shipping labels are only available for orders in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Please Note: $7.99 will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of the return shipping charge. If you do not need a prepaid return label emailed to you, please ship your return to the address below.

Place the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging that contained the shoes or merchandise that we shipped to you. Securely tape the box shut, tape the shipping label to the shipping box and take the package to your local Post Office (if you are sending the package back through the Post Office), FedEx store or nearest FedEx drop-off. If you need to find the most convenient FedEx location, call 1-800-742-5877 or visit http://www.fedex.com. We also recommend that you insure your package or send it with delivery tracking and confirmation.

We will credit your account within one week after the date we receive your package. Please note: you may not see the credit on your account immediately. Most banks take up to 7 to 10 business days to transfer funds for a credit. After we credit your account we have no control over how long it takes for your bank to restore the money in your account.

Returning Shoes Or Merchandise At A Rogan's Shoes Store:

You can return new and unworn shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging to a Rogan's Shoes store within 60 days after the date of your purchase. Just bring your receipt and the shoes or merchandise in the original box and packaging to any Rogan's Shoes location. You can log back into your account and print any of your orders by going to the My Account page and clicking on the order number. If you want to exchange what you bought for something else, please return what you have. Then just make a new order for whatever you want. Or, if you are near one of our retail stores, stop in and we will exchange what you have for what you want.
